FINAL MODERN SOUL FILM

This is the final Modern Soul film that myself and Amy Phillips have created surrounding out concept of Reviving Northern Soul into Today's Modern Culture and the Evolution of it, Modern Soul. The music we used was a mix of a modern day sound and a northern soul style song, this brings the modernity and old fashioned era's and portrays our concept perfectly. The models we used were exactly what we wanted with styling, hair and makeup and the type of models we needed fixed well too. We also visited the peak district to show the northern aspect of the project, this is something that hasn't been mentioned other than in the film, but this was a part of it that we thought really helped to bring the film together. In addition, we included smoking, drinking, pills to represent drugs, the modern and northern soul fashion and also dancing to link in with the dance and music movement of northern soul.
