PHOTOGRAPHY SHOOT DAY

PHOTOGRAPHY SHOOT DAY:

On the 1st April, myself and my partner Amy Phillips went out on a photography shoot with our model Alejandro Scott. We went to a couple of destinations, one being Amaro Lounge on Ecclesall Road. We thought this would be a perfect place to get some photographs and also some footage for the film because it was very retro and had quite a 60's vibe, which fits perfectly with the Northern Soul theme. To show that this is true, here are some images of inside the pub cafe:





We also took some images around the local area to this pub/cafe. This was all on Ecclesall Road and the images included steps, some back streets and also a block of flats where we got some really edgy and 60's looking images that would work well with this project. We also want to shoot some more photographs with a few more models and different outfits, in places like vintage stores on West Street as well as a record store on Arundel street, we believe this would have a perfect feel for the Northern Soul culture.
