INITIAL STYLING MOOD BOARD

This mood board is to show how we are going to be staying the models for the photoshoot, gif and film. We have decided to use clothes from vintage and any high street shops that we can, that actually sell clothes that resemble northern soul in our opinion. We want to use brands such as Fred Perry and Ben Sherman as these were very relevant brands at the time and within northern soul as a whole. We want to keep the vibe of the photos quite simple so the focus is on the styling of the model in order for us to put across our interpretation of northern soul as well as we can. Finally, we want to keep the models facial expressions white simple and also 'posey' in order to showcase the styling more to again, show the theme northern soul.
